INTRODUCTION TO E-CONSULT INTERNATIONAL

E-Consult International is an Engineering Consultancy providing professional and technical services to clients, predominantly in the railway transportation sector.

Our primary focus is the application systems assurance to projects and applications, requiring high levels of safety and availability.

E-Consult International was founded in 1999, in Hong Kong, where extensive railway development projects were being undertaken by Mass Transit Rail Corporation (MTRC) and Kowloon-Canton Rail Corporation (KCRC).

E-Consult, in partnership with CCT InfoTech (Hong Kong) Limited, was appointed by contractors supplying systems and equipment for the new railways, to provide systems assurance and software assurance services, in compliance with KCRC and MTRC contract requirements.

One of E-Consult’s clients in 1999 was Japanese rolling stock supplier, Kinki Sharyo, who subsequently has appointed E-Consult on other projects in Hong Kong, Dubai and Qatar, the latter project on which our role as Design Verification Engineer and Independent Software Assessor is continuing during revenue service operation in 2020.
